Volumes Bar is built to be useful without collecting your data.
Volumes Bar App
No analytics or tracking: Volumes Bar runs on your Mac. It does not collect analytics, tracking, or telemetry, and it does not transmit or sell personal data.
Permission: To control other apps' volume, macOS may require “System Audio Recording” permission. Volumes Bar uses this only to access audio streams for processing so it can apply your volume setting. Audio is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
On-device storage: Your per-app volume settings are stored locally on your Mac and never leave it.
Website
Email notifications: If you sign up for launch notifications, we collect your email address so we can notify you about Volumes Bar. Submissions are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded to us. You can request removal at any time by emailing contact@volumes.bar.

This website does not use cookies for advertising or analytics, and it does not run tracking scripts.
